Eligibility Requirements

To be eligible for a refund, you must: (1) request the refund within 30 days of your purchase date, and (2) have completed less than 50% of the course content. Refund requests from students who have completed 50% or more of the course content are evaluated on a case-by-case basis.

How to Request a Refund

To request a refund, email [email protected] with your order number and reason for the refund request. We will process eligible refunds within 5-10 business days.

Non-Refundable Items

The following are not eligible for refunds: (1) purchases made more than 30 days ago, (2) courses where more than 50% of content has been accessed, and (3) any one-on-one coaching sessions that have already been conducted.

Processing Time

Approved refunds are processed within 5-10 business days. The refund will be credited to the original payment method. Processing times may vary depending on your financial institution.
